It is truly a blessing to make a living doing what I love. Connecting with each client and positively touching their lives with the images that we capture is always rewarding and fulfilling.

After ten years as a Commercial Banker with Bank of America, I decided to follow my heart and pursue my passion in photography full-time. Since 2000, photography has been a very rewarding journey. I have the opportunity to meet and interact with many wonderful people while witnessing and documenting some of the most exciting moments in their lives. In addition, I have the honor of training and mentoring several inspiring photographers.

1. What equipment does KreativTouch Photography use for events?We use all digital Canon equipment for photography purposes.2. Can we upgrade our package after we book our event photographer?Yes, upgrading a package is never a problem after booking an event with our company. We prefer that our clients inform us of the upgrade at least two weeks before the event to ensure all additional products and services are available at the time of the event.3. How many photographers will be at my event?The number of photographers varies depending on the purchased package, type of event, size of event and number of guests attending the event. Generally, our packages include two photographers.4. Do we have copyrights to the photos taken at an event?Yes, all copyrights of images taken at an event are provided to the client after the event.5. Is KreativTouch Photography photographers Experienced Professional Photographer?Yes, we care about the services that we provide to our clients, so we ensure that all of our staff is experienced professional photographers. 6. Is a la carte pricing available?We have a variety of a la carte products and services available to customize your needs and desires for your event.7. Are albums included in your packages?Albums are included in the majority of our packages. If a package does not include an albums, we have options available to add an album if required.8. What happens if we need to cancel an event?We understand that circumstances can arise and every situation is different. If you have to cancel an event, we will allow you to cancel the contract, but our company policy states no refund on deposits. 9. What is your style of photography?KreativTouch likes to use different styles of photography when shooting events for our client, such as contemporary, traditional and photojournalist. We welcome any input on other styles or photos you may like to have taken.10. What is your photography start time for an event?We generally arrive at an event an hour before the start time to capture important details, such as décor of the event space and if it is a wedding formals of the bride and groom.11. Do you have a price list and/or wedding package options available for viewing on your website?Yes, we request that if you are interested in our packages to contact our office via email or phone to request a password to download our packages from our website.12. How soon after an event can I expect to see the initial images?Our turnaround time to provide images after an event is generally two weeks after the event.13. How do we book KreativTouch Photography for our event?We have several options for our clients to reserve an event with our company. Prospective clients can send their contracts via fax and mail payment or schedule an appointment and reserve their event in person.14. How are consultations scheduled for event?Consultations can be reserved by phone or via email with a staff member, and we will follow- up with an email confirmation once the consultation has been scheduled.15. Do you have liability insurance?Yes, we care about our business and our clients, so it is imperative that we maintain quality liability insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.16. What method of payments does KreativTouch accept?We accept Checks, Cash, all Major Credit Cards, and Paypal.17. What is required to reserve an event or session?We require 1/2 of the package price as a retainer and a signed contract to reserve your event or session.18. What are your requirements for destination events or sessions?Client must provide roundtrip airfare, or mileage, lodging for the duration of our stay, meals and parking fees. 19. When should I expect to view my images after the session?All images will be edited and posted online at least two weeks after your event or session.
