A. We train our staff and all images go through the same editing process.
Q. When does coverage begin at my event?
A. At least 1.5 hrs before the event start time.
Q. When are the images ready for viewing?
A. Images will be online two weeks after the event.
Q. Do you provide online viewing & ordering?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you provide on-site printing for events?
A. Yes we provide on-site printing and viewing during your event.
Q. Do I have rights to my digital images?
A. Yes .
Q. How many images will you shoot at an event?
A. We average approximately two hundred images per hour.
Q. Are the images on CD edited?
A. Images will be edited and ready for printing.
Q. Are the images air brushed or touched up?
A. Upon request, we can airbrush & touch up images.
Q. What is the cost of air brushing or touch ups?
A. Depending on the job, prices starts at $10 per image.
Q. What format do you save your images in?
A. High Resolution JPEG.
Q. Do you provide coffee table albums?
A. Yes, in all sizes.
Q. How long does it take to receive the album once it is designed?
A. Albums creation takes approximately six weeks.
Q. Who selects the images for the album?
A. The client selects the images for the album.
Q. How many images are in the albums?
A. It varies depending on the package.
Q. Do you travel for events?
A. Yes.

Q. What are your retainer requirements?
A. The required retainer to reserve your event date is thirty-three percent.
